The Intercal SLV 100 B and SLV 110 B are robust yellow-flame oil burners for heating oil EL and low-sulphur heating oil. They suit a wide range of hot water heating boilers, including condensing models and boilers with high combustion chamber resistance. The SLV 100 B covers 16–55 kW and the SLV 110 B covers 55–85 kW. Both meet DIN EN 267, NOx class 3 and the German 1. BImSchV emission standard. Proven components include a Danfoss or Suntec oil pump, double ignition electrode, adjustable air damper and Satronic or Siemens burner control with fault diagnosis. A sliding mounting flange allows flexible installation.
The Intercal SL series is a range of robust yellow-flame oil burners for larger heating systems, such as apartment blocks, hotels, schools and commercial buildings. Covering 69–350 kW across five models, the range includes single-stage burners (SLV 33, SL 44) and two-stage burners (SL 44/2, SL 55/2, SL 66/2). The two-stage models adjust output to demand for better efficiency and fewer start-ups. Tested to EN 267, they run on standard 230 V power and come with burner hoses and a mounting flange with seal.
